Tamilnadu catering and Hotel Management is one of the leading Institutes offering under and post graduate programmes in Catering and Hotel management Technology. There are five major departments in hotel management namely Food Production, Food & Beverages, Bakery & Confectionary, Front office and Accommodation Operations.
