Tamilnadu catering and Hotel Management is one of the leading Institutes offering under and post graduate programmes in Catering and Hotel management Technology. There are five major departments in hotel management namely Food Production, Food & Beverages, Bakery & Confectionary, Front office and Accommodation Operations. A student who studies at the Institute can equip themselves professionally in all these major subjects and choose on as their career in the hotel industry. The objection of our Technology is to make students concentrate on all-round development and the importance of acquiring multi-skills which are the needs of the hospitality industry in this new millennium.
This programme is approved by Alagappa University. The programme lays emphasis on the practical application of theoretical lessons through lecturing, training , laboratory work, hands on workshops, theme parties, projects and study tours. To have a real life experience of Industry students go on "Industrial Exposure Training" in various Star Hotels.
